If you have an online account that you use with Douglas, what you will see when you order has changed.
Starting this last Monday May 19th, 2014 the website was updated with a new and improved Douglas Companies portal. The system will run faster, smoother, and give you access to more reports and custom information than ever before. Managing your store's ordering has never been so easy!
Your login information will remain the same if you have an account already set up. Click on My Account at the top in the blue bar, and then log in with the same user name and password you've been using. Log in normally and the new portal will be at your fingertips!
Now is the BEST TIME to look at the walkthroughs, so when you log in to create an order for the first time on the new system, you already know where to go and what to do.
The manuals are below to view online, or to print and have on hand. The walkthrough shows you step by step pictures and explains what each menu includes. And the order directions shows you how to create and submit an order in multiple ways, and what you will see.
